Panels World Delivery Policy
Delivery charges start from our warehouse address. Shipping costs vary from product to product, so please refer to the product page for the exact charge of delivery for each item. Delivery rates are based on estimated freight costs to metro areas of major cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Hobart, and Canberra. For other locations, postage is subject to alteration, and all rates are GST exclusive. Customers should always confirm the freight charge with us if they are unsure about this.
Delivery charges start from our warehouse address. Orders that do not require printing are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders that require printing are generally dispatched within 3-7 days after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Orders with longer leading times are clearly stated on the product pages. For urgent orders, please contact us for a quote on additional charges and to confirm whether your deadline can be met.
Customers will be able to trace the delivery online during the entire shipment with a unique tracking number. Customers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
Panels World is not liable for any delay, losses, and/or damage of items due to changes in the delivery address after checkout or mistakes made by customers.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to Panels World due to an incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours. Customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our warehouse, but a pre-appointment is required for product collection.
